At this point, we are all aware that Warren Buffett is a special kind of billionaire. There are so many reasons that we love him, including his frugal lifestyle even though he is one of the richest men in the world, and his dedication to philanthropy.
While we often look to Buffett for his simple advice, which he readily offers up, but what if we could just throw on a movie and see how he became one of the most successful investors in the world?
HBO is (again) turning your dreams into a reality. A documentary titled “Becoming Warren Buffett” will debut on the network on Monday, January 30 at 10 p.m ET. After the premier, it will be available on HBO’s various streaming portals— HBO Now, HBO Go, and HBO On Demand.
The documentary will closely follow Buffett as a number obsessed child all the way into his success with Berkshire Hathaway— the fourth largest company in the world. The best part, though, is the film will be told mainly in Buffett’s own words featuring home videos, family photos, and personal interviews.
Other documents created by HBO include “Nixon by Nixon: In His Own Words” and “Jim: The James Foley Story”. To read the official announcement from HBO PR, click here.
