Warren Buffett owned Berkshire Hathaway’s high end jewelry shop in Omaha is planning to add another location soon.
Borsheims intends to open up a smaller location in the newly rebuilt outlet mall alongside Interstate 80 near Gretna, after it opens later on in the year.
Susan Jacques, president and chief executive officer of Borsheims tells us that the Gretna development is a great fit because of the upscale nature of the mall.
She also tells us that the company also made a decision to open up a boutique recently and Buffett was in approval of the move. It’s going to be a lot smaller than the main store currently located in West Omaha.
Inside the new outlet mall, there will be stores like Helzberg Diamonds – also owned by Berkshire Hathaway, Swarovski Crystals and Kay Jewelers stores.
