Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, the new real estate franchise, recently opened up Instagram, Twitter and Facebook accounts. This is taking place because of the new brand which combines Real Living brands and Prudential Real Estate, as the combination of the companies will join together in the third and fourth quarter of 2013.
The brand is going to use the social media pages as a way to create a culture and voice, we learned according to HSF Affiliates LLC – the managing company working to help integrate Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. The pages heavily feature the cabernet and cream color scheme that the brand has adopted.
HSF Affiliates came into being this past October, as part of a HomeServices of America and Brookfield Asset Management joint venture. It was created to help manage the Prudential Real Estate and Real Living Brands merger as it brings in all 53,000 agents as part of the new franchise known as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
“We are excited to launch the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand and we’ll use our social media sites to help share our progress,” said Stephen Phillips, the brand’s president, in a statement. “Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brings to the real estate market a definitive mark of strength, integrity and trust, and it’s important our constituents know about it.”
