HSF Affiliates LLC’s newest real estate brokerage network, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, just recently announced that they have been joined by Prudential Trend Realty. The company will now operate as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Trend Realty.
Trend Realty is a full-service brokerage that has led the field in northern Florida real estate for the last 35 years serving the greater Alachua County and Gainesville area. The broker joins an extensive affiliate roster that have transitioned to the Berkshire Hathaway brand, including companies in Michigan, Florida, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Nebraska, Texas, Tennessee, Missouri, California, Connecticut, Washington, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, West Virginia, Oregon, Kentucky, Washington and Delaware. This company now has over 22,000 agents in 26 states in over 600 different offices.
“It’s an honor for us to join the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network,” said Thomas McIntosh, Trend Realty president. “We not only gain a strong brand inspired by Berkshire Hathaway, the world’s most respected corporation, according to Barron’s; but we’ll also provide a whole new level of service through the network’s Global Network Platform and related tools and services.”
McIntosh and his real estate agents recently celebrated the new brand launch by having a breakfast at Haile Plantation Country Club in Gainesville. They were joined by the HSF Affiliates CEO, Earl Lee. McIntosh spoke about how the brand will help the agency achieve its objectives for growth, and how Berkshire Hathaway will change real estate in the Gainesville area.
Earl Lee welcomed trend Realty into the network, stating: “Tommy McIntosh and his team are terrific professionals and are a strong addition to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices,” he said.
As a member of the Berkshire Hathaway network, the associates at trend Realty gained access to a robust platform of real estate technology, ongoing consultation for business, further professional education, and support for their marketing and so much more.
The home services Realty signs have already begun showing up in the Alachua County and Gainesville area.
