Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Joined by Prudential Lucien Realty

HSF Affiliates LLC, parent company of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices real estate brokerage network, announced today that Prudential Lucien Realty is going to join the network beginning on July 8, and their new name will be Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Lucien Realty.

This brokerage has served the Cleveland suburbs and surrounding area for 36 years, and is going to be an excellent addition to the growing affiliate roster that has begun transitioning to the network since this past September. The recently named “Real Estate Agency Brand of the Year” Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices now operates in 42 states in the US, has 825 offices and 29,000 agents.

“Our transition to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices presents an incredible opportunity for our brokers, agents and clients alike,” said John Lucien, broker/owner of Lucien Realty. “We are pleased to bring this brand, whose Berkshire Hathaway Inc. namesake is the world’s most respected company according to Barron’s, to our local market.”

John Lucien, the chief administrative officer of the company, tells us that the transition provides more ways to augment the ongoing commitment of the company to achieving excellence and providing great service. “The network resources and tools available to our agents and brokers under the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand will help us grow, recruit and gain even more exposure in the market,” explained Lucien. “The combination of our agents’ local market expertise with a brand focused on integrity, quality and trust will propel our business to new heights.”

Throughout the transition, the agents from Lucien Realty will gain access to the global network platform offered by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. This is a robust resource that provides excellent real estate tools, and it also offers business consultation, marketing support, professional education and luxury collection exclusives for the higher-end listings.

There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony on July 8 when Lucien Realty commemorates its transition, and the ceremonies will be held at all three offices. The ribbon cutting will take place at the Lakewood location.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Pres., Steven Phillips, applauds the company for the upcoming brand transition. “Ron and John Lucien are visionary leaders with a skilled team of agents who serve the Lakewood area with distinction and pride,” he said. “The company is a natural fit for our brand and I’m looking forward to welcoming them as a member of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices family.”

You’ll begin to see the Cabernet and Cream yards signs appear throughout suburban Cleveland beginning on July 8.
