Verani Realty, real estate leader in New Hampshire, just announced on Friday that they have also been selected to become part of the real estate brokerage network Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. They are going to join the global brand on January 22, 2014 and become Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices envisions becoming the most respected and highly recognized brand in the real estate business in the United States of America and around the world. The brand also intends to provide Verani Realty with the necessary support and services that they offer on a global and local basis. At the time of this move, the New Hampshire-based real estate company has 400 agents servicing Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
“For 47 years our passion has always been to provide exceptional service to our local customers, but the industry continues to become more globalized with buyers not only coming in regionally and nationally but internationally as well,” said Giovanni Verani, Senior Vice President. “In today’s market, it is critically important to be associated with a strong domestic and global brand that will benefit from these changing dynamics.”
HomeServices is going to be able to provide the Verani Realty agency with new and modern services that they can offer all of their New England area clients. The services include:
- Sellers and buyers will both have access to very powerful consumer tools in the real estate industry today.
- The Berkshire Hathaway home services luxury collection, which is a new line of sophisticated services for the home.
- A highly recognized brand capable of fully servicing the commercial real estate market in the area.
- Real estate agent tools that are dynamic in nature, created to connect, attract and communicate with new customers.
“We are honored to have been selected by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices to be rebranded under this globally recognized leader,” said Margherita Verani, Verani Realty President.
Verani Realty has been a family-owned business since the year 1967, and they currently have 400 real estate agents taking care of the real estate needs of those in Maine, New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts.
The company is currently operating under the Prudential Verani Realty banner, but it will fully transition to the Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty brand effectively on January 22, 2014.
