Prudential Rubloff, Koenig & Strey Join Berkshire Hathaway

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices just announced that Prudential Rubloff Properties and Koenig & Strey Real Living will now begin to operate as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group.

The combination brokerage that over the last year generated sales volume of $5 billion, and in the Chicago metro area has the second largest market share, will add to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices affiliate roster, which has been growing since September. The network operates out of 37 states, has 700 offices in 2700 agents.

The president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group, Michael Pierson, added: “This is a defining moment for our company. The KoenigRubloff Associates, as part of the new transition, are granted access to ongoing business consultation, a powerful real estate technology platform, marketing support, professional education and the Luxury Collection program. This adds marketing clout and distinction to their high-end listings.

As a way to commemorate this conversion, celebratory events will be held in the branch offices throughout the week.

You will begin seeing the cabernet and white yard signs all throughout the Chicago area beginning today. The company not only operates in the Chicago metro area, but they also work out of Wisconsin, Indiana and Michigan. They have 23 offices in Chicago’s Gold Coast, Lincoln Park and Mag Mile neighborhoods. They also have suburban offices in Winnetka, Lake Forest, Elmhurst, Glenview, Hindsdale, Deerfield, Naperville, Park Ridge, Harbor country, Northbrook, Wheaton, Schaumburg, Glen Ellyn, Evanston and Libertyville, MI.
