A picture found its way on the Internet that looked quite surprising and very interesting as well.
On Tuesday, around 7 PM Pacific daylight time, Floyd Mayweather Jr. – certainly considered one of the best boxers in the world today – shared a picture of himself standing toe to toe with the Oracle of Omaha Warren Buffett. The surprising duo looked like they were ready to square off and do battle with one another in the ring.
In the beginning, Mayweather shared no other information about the photo besides the caption which said “Me and Warren Buffett at the gym.”
By the looks of the photo, it seems like Mayweather is yelling at the 83-year-old Warren Buffett. And it also looks like people are holding Warren Buffett back from the champion.
But, as you can expect, no rumble ever took place.
Not long after the initial picture was shared, another photo popped up from one of Mayweather’s entourage that thanked Warren Buffett for visiting the gym. Apparently Buffett is a fan, and he was watching Mayweather train for his upcoming fight in September when he has his rematch against Marcos Maidana.
So, we’re sorry to dash your hopes. Warren Buffett has no intention of getting in the ring with Floyd Mayweather Jr. at any time soon. But it’s a fun picture to look at regardless.
