what would be a buffet take be on INTEL currently?

It is trading under its intrinsic value.
It is a very stable company.
It will have great future earnings/growth.

However due to multiple anti-trust cases in place against INTEL the stock is anything from certain. INTEL will most likely win these cases as they have many times in the past, but it is hardly a certainty.

Any thoughts?

A lot of that stuff is likely factored into the stock price, and I think it's highly likely that things would be settled prior to a judgment being reached in court. From a litigation standpoint, I see there being nothing but an upside... once that stuff is off the radar, it's one less thing to weigh on the stock.

I've gotta get into this stuff more... I remember owning a bunch of exchange traded Intel warrants years and years ago that worked out really well.
