I shopped around for security analysis back in 2004 and the most recent edition I would find was the Second Edition by Benjamin Graham and David Dodd. 1940 Classic. Its a nice book to read, I have read it. Its also important to realise that times have changed, by the time Graham wrote it there had been many abuses in the stock market that current regulation address. In addition you may read a phrase like "It advisable to the investor to buy issues that are listed only on the NYSE". Well we all know that due to changing times we have had prominent companies listed on AMEX and Nasdaq, but in Graham's times issues not listed on NYSE were poor issues.
I would also recommend that you read the Intelligent Investor, most recent edition by Jason Zweig, its a wonderful book. I have read it about twice.
Let me hope that helps,
