Eason and Ethan:
We are able to take photograph, scan it, rip it ( process ), then export to one of our printers. The print may then be produce directly on a canvas which will give the effect of a painting so to speak. Further noting the photo may be enhanced, in a sense, to change it into a more brush stroke looking work of art so to speak. ( a ) Not sure what reproduction rights are of doing such. Do you need Mr. Buffets approval ? If not send him a final. ( b ) Cost, makes sense, if order quantiy of 100+ or more. This way design, reproduction, set up, print, produce, cut and ship transfered over all prints. ( c ) Estimated cost would then average out to about $ 9 to $ 11 a Sq. Foot. ie a 2 x 3 = $ 56 - $ 66 a print ( ON CANVAS ). ( d ) This includes a few revision sent back and forth from one of our in-house designers for you approval before production. I think posters may be to cheap looking, canvas add's quailty and feel. Mark ( www.signswest.com ) Mark702hi@aol.com

Eason:
I think the photographer has the reproduction rights and or copy rights. Unless you know of anyone who has a picture that will make a good presentation of Mr. Buffet. ( Similar to the lady who painted Alan Greenspan a few years ago ). It would be nice to think it's not about profit ( for the owner of the pic. or the likeness aka reporduction of Mr. Buffet )but for the sentimental value of those who recognize the man for his great contributions and achievements. ( Just considering the risk of reproduction without photographers consent. To pay a fee would only double the cost + unfortunately ). If you know of enough people who share an interest in a canvas print, my company has the abilty to produce and deliever. Mark ( www.signwest.com ) Mark702hi@aol.com
