Brokerage in St. Louis Area Joins Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices

HSF Affiliates LLC, owner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, just announced that three local St. Louis brokerages are going to join the network this very week. The brokerages include Prudential Alliance Realtors that will soon operate as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Alliance Real Estate; Prudential Select Properties, which is going to join the company under the name Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties; and Prudential Advantage Realtors, which will go forward as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Advantage Realtors.

These independently owned real estate brokerages in the St. Louis area employee roughly 1000 real estate agents and will add another 21 offices to the network known as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Since September 2013, the new real estate network has added 825 offices in 39 states and employs over 29,000 real estate agents.

“We are proud and elated to join forces with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, a brand inspired by the world-renowned Berkshire Hathaway Inc.,” said Andrea Lawrence, Alliance Real Estate Owner/Broker. “The brand reflects Berkshire Hathaway’s values of trust, integrity, stability and longevity, which complements the values and strong tradition of Alliance Real Estate and our dedicated agents. We look forward to introducing St. Louis homeowners to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.”

Maryann Vitale Alles, the CEO and president of Select Properties, added: “The St. Louis real estate market is bouncing back, and St. Louisans are looking for quality representation and high-caliber service for their real estate needs,” she said. “The combination of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and our strong, established company will resonate well in the region.”

Sonny Brockman of Advantage Realtors mentions that the brand will give her the ability to recruit top agents and grow. “We believe consumers will want to do business with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, whose namesake is the world’s most respected corporation according to Barron’s,” said Brockman. “Likewise, agents looking for a brand that is fresh, intelligent and synonymous with quality should look no further than Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.”

Because of the transition, the brokerages joining the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices team gain access to the Global Network Platform, which is a suite of tools, services and applications that they get to use, including marketing support, ongoing business consultation and professional education. Consumers are also going to like the new and interactive websites of the brokerages, which provides plenty of real estate information, a very accurate home valuation tool, drive time assessment and neighborhood data plus so much more.

All three brokerages will have a ribbon-cutting ceremony to commemorate the transition. Starting this week throughout greater St. Louis, you’ll begin to see the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices cabernet and cream yards signs.

Earl Lee, CEO of HSF affiliates, will be in attendance in St. Louis this week at all affiliate transition events, and will welcome all of the brokerages to the new network. “Alliance Real Estate, Select Properties and Advantage Realtors are outstanding companies with fine reputations for expertise and customer care,” said Lee. “Our brand is well represented in greater St. Louis.”
