Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Addition: Prudential Verani

HSF Affiliates, parent company of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, just announced that they are adding an additional brokerage into the fold. The latest company to enter the fray is Prudential Verani Realty. They will now operate as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty. They are one of New Hampshire’s largest brokerages and an excellent addition to the ever expanding affiliate network. At this time, HomeServices has over 600 offices, 22,000 agents in 28 of these United States. “The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brokerage network has strong momentum, and we’re proud to be among its first members in the Northeast, and its first affiliate based in New Hampshire,” said Margherita Verani, president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty, which also has operations in Northern Massachusetts and Maine. “We believe the brand will resonate extremely well with our clients and agents alike. It will help us grow for years to come.” Giovanni Verani, Verani Realty’s senior vice president had this to add: “Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is built to last on a foundation of trust, integrity, stability and longevity – the same values as its Berkshire Hathaway namesake,” he explained. “Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is a terrific fit for Verani Realty since we live these values every day.”

The combination of the two businesses, plus their plans to eventually expand into the international markets provides the company and brand further appeal. “For 47 years our passion has always been to provide exceptional service to our local customers,” he said. “In today’s increasingly global market, it is critically important to be associated with a strong domestic and global brand that will capitalize on these changing dynamics.” Just yesterday, Earl Lee, HSF Affiliates CEO, Giovanni Verani and Margherita Verani met and unveiled the new yard sign for brokerage during an awards ceremony and agent event that took place in a Windham, NH, at the Castleton Banquet & Conference Center. Lee spoke about the impact that Berkshire Hathaway would have on the local real estate market. He welcomed agents to the brand. “Verani Realty is a strong, family-owned brokerage known throughout the region for its service, innovation and customer care,” Lee said. “We are proud to welcome this fine company to our brand.” Because of this transition, associates at the real estate agency will have access to a phenomenal real estate technology platform, marketing support, further professional education, ongoing business consultation and much more. You’ll start to see the new Cabernet and white yard signs in southern Maine, Northern Massachusetts and New Hampshire beginning today.
