Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Joined By Prudential Southern Realty

HSF Affiliates subsidiary Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices just announced that Prudential Southern Realty has recently agreed to join the brand, and will operate as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Southern Realty. The brokerage is a market leader in Cumberland County and greater Crossville and they join a growing roster of affiliates that have become members of the network starting in September. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices now has over 600 offices in 29 states, and over 22,000 agents.

Johnny Reeves, owner and broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Southern Realty as well as other members of the family have commemorated today’s transition by unveiling the new company yard sign during a community appreciation event held at the Crossville headquarters. Reeves spoke about the bright future of the company and all of the new prospects now that they are part of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.

“As we transition to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Southern Realty, our agents, staff and management team are excited about what the future will bring, not only for our company but especially for our clients,” said Reeves. “The new brand is certainly a game-changer and we look forward to being a part of it.”

Southern Realty believes that they will grow under the new brand. “Our strong company legacy coupled with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand will be a powerful combination in our Crossville and Fairfield Glade markets,” said Reeves. “We believe clients will embrace our brand and top agents will want to represent it.”

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices president Stephen Phillips also welcomed Southern Realty to the network. “Southern Realty is a proven leader and a sound corporate citizen,” said Phillips. “Johnny Reeves and his team are fine ambassadors of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand.”

Due to the transition, the associates at Southern Realty will gain access to ongoing business consultation, phenomenal real estate technology, and support for their marketing and so much more. The new company signs will also begin appearing in the Fairfield Glade and Crossville markets on February 11, 2014.
