Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Adds 9 More Affiliates

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, part of the new real estate brokerage network operated by HSF Affiliates LLC, recently announced that they plan to sign nine more brokerage companies and add them as part of the network. The companies joining the group are:

  • ·        Prudential California Realty, Cerritos, CA
  • ·        Prudential Canyon Lake Realty, Canyon Lake, CA
  • ·        Prudential Gallo, REALTORS(R), Rehoboth Beach, DE
  • ·        Prudential Serls Prime Properties, Lagrangeville, NY
  • ·        Prudential Southeast Coastal Properties, Savannah, GA
  • ·        Prudential Texas Realty, Austin, TX
  • ·        Prudential Tropical Realty, Tampa Bay, FL
  • ·        Prudential Woodmont Realty, Nashville, TN.

All of these brokerages will start using the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices name as soon as the fourth quarter of this year. This is one more addition in the latest series of brokerage signees that the new real estate network recently announced. The membership now represents over $1 billion worth of annual gross commission income.

He is the current Chief Executive Officer of HSF Affiliates LLC. “Affiliates appreciate the value of a brand inspired by Berkshire Hathaway, the world’s most respected company, according to Barron’s.”

Owner/broker of Prudential Tropical Realty, Dewey Mitchell, tells us that the brand known as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices will certainly resonate well in all segments of the markets and with real estate agents as well. “We are all excited to join forces with this great, new brand,” said Mitchell. “We believe the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices name will be a springboard for our continued growth in greater Tampa Bay.”

Bruce Mulhearn, Prudential California Realty’s president said: “Berkshire Hathaway is known around the own world for strength, trust and operational effect, and our new brand will strive for a similar reputation. Why would any real estate company not want to be a part of this tremendous success?”

The network has expectations to transition the bulk of Prudential Real Estate’s biggest brokerages by the end of next year, we learned from Stephen Phillips, president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. It plans to work with the rest of this network in 2014 and further. “Berkshire Hathaway home services will grow exponentially as we continue our transition process with Prudential Real Estate and work with top brokerage companies outside of Prudential Real Estate,” said Phillips. “The timing is ideal for our new brokerage network and we see that in the enthusiasm of our signees.”
